Undefeated Malaysia offers a 7-day return policy for all unworn apparel and footwear provided they are in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that limited-edition releases and clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and clear photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the item back in its original shoebox or garment bag, ensuring it is packed inside a separate shipping box to prevent damage to the original branding.
Ship the Item
Send your package using a trackable courier service to our Kuala Lumpur distribution center; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Quality Inspection
Once received, our team will inspect the item for signs of wear; approved returns will be processed for store credit or refund within 5-7 business days.
